I love the culture at monday and the product really competes with the best making it easy to sell +people are great! Downsides: Change the claiming structure 3 times in 2 years for what you can actually claim in ARR Promotion path outlined in interview process but once you get there, there's a condition for the next promotion hard rules rarely exceptions Not a typical pay structure high base which is great, but you get bonus 25% of base and its based on you, your team, company, and your qualitative performance which is manager based (ex: hitting 150% to goal hit 1 million + in arr and no accelerators or significant comp to feel valued-very small increase) Need more resources SEs for growth and support for the growing product

My overall experience was good. They have a high base because you do not get commission. You get 2 bonuses a year. For your H1 quota attainment, you get paid at the end of October and for your H2 quota attainment you get paid out the following year at the end of April. They do this so you can't leave.
