It was the best place to work at, now it’s nothing just like any other corporate with the new management that has been hired. If you are a new business AE, you’re basically on your own and expected to figure things out with barely any pipeline. If you’re an AM, you won’t have to worry about things. Doesn’t matter how well you’ve historically performed, if you miss a quarter, you’re immediately on a warning for the next quarter that you’ll be informed about with a month left for that quarter, preparing you for your PIP. The new business team is stressed out all the time worrying for their jobs Management claims that they understand the challenges, but then do contradicting actions. If they do a logical decision to support the AEs, it’s considered as them doing a favor. The sales culture that this special is gone, and the present & future don’t look promising..
