If you are an Enterprise Account Executive and you enjoy overbearing, micro-managing RVP's then insight is all for you. They use Salesloft to track everything- phone calls, emails and meetings. They just let a top rep go who was 150% of their quota in Q3 and was set to hit the highest accelerator in the comp plan.

Management used fear tactic methods I've never seen before. Very toxic environment and bad moral. Management did not jive well with one another.

Overall experience at ISW was one of the worst situations I’ve been apart of in the last 10 years. Market fit for enterprise sales is terrible. Executive Leadership (COO), who was acting as the CRO as well, has no idea how to run an organization. There was money to be made in mid-market for a junior seller. Interviewing for Enterprise? Run away!
