Complex org, lots of middle management, slow deal desk, bad internal CRM that has been on the way out for 10 years, slow deal cycles with heavy competition, CloudSuite is gaining traction in some industries/markets but still early stages, slow promotions, comp has been slowed, and much more.

The company has gone through many phases and distinctly different cultures. Especially in Sales the culture has been very blunt, unnecessarily harsh and not rewarding.
