I love Infor as a company and the people and culture are awesome. Organizationally, operations can be chaotic but if you play conductor everything can come together nicely.

More opportunities and career growth opportunities in matured markets like US, Europe. India Leadership is good but do not have view/say in growth of employees who are not in their team. HR team virtually non-existent.

Good company to work for. No benefits, but really good training is available. Management was mixed, but generally good. If you get a good territory and partners who are capable, there's a good opportunity to overachieve and hit your compensation accelerators.
