Company has poor culture, persistently bad comp plans - includes elements that are unattainable and or not in the control of the sales team, made up of highly varied softwares that don't have any relevance to each other. Each product is siloed and the people are just waiting to retire. Boring!

Complex org, lots of middle management, slow deal desk, bad internal CRM that has been on the way out for 10 years, slow deal cycles with heavy competition, CloudSuite is gaining traction in some industries/markets but still early stages, slow promotions, comp has been slowed, and much more.

Good company to work for. No benefits, but really good training is available. Management was mixed, but generally good. If you get a good territory and partners who are capable, there's a good opportunity to overachieve and hit your compensation accelerators.
