Pros: -Great place to start and grow a sales career. -Easier than other orgs to hit your number due to loyal install base -Opportunity to work a variety of deal sizes and types, your success isn't tied to landing one whale a year nor churning tons of small deals on a weekly/monthly basis. -Leadership is generally patient and gives people time to ramp and succeed. -Incentive comp structure has gotten better (more accelerators, higher variable rates) since new ownership took over in 2020. -Great team culture of people wanting to support each other to succeed. Cons: -Post pandemic culture of anxiety due to constant re-orgs, RIF's (not as bad as other companies, but still present), and culture of uncertainty/disorganization. Front line/second line leadership means well generally, but there is a constant sense of dread at the rep level around monthly/quarterly/yearly changes -Rare to see raises -No longer investing in traditional sales tools/process that are standard at other companies and have been standard at Infor in the past (ie - sales tech stack tools aren't being renewed, no in person SKO or customer conferences, no outside training or development) -No ESPP or equity available due to Koch Ownership
