Terminations and promotions didn't align with results. Leadership was often overaggressive for the sake of quarterly quotas and customers knew to expect massive prices drops and extorted it at cost to the salesperson.

Current Employee3.1Apr 30, 2024Solid company and leadership for sure. Selling net new pub sec takes time to build pipeline, so that's a bit of a grind. It would be nice if there was more demand gen / lead gen that Infor could help do for the net new pub sec reps to help drive opportunity flow. Products are solid with some stipulations. One of the challenges is name recognition.
