Current Employee4.0Aug 10, 2023Great company to work for. Knowledgeable managers and leadership. Innovative products
Former Employee3.0Aug 14, 2024Solid product suite and very good training. Good benefits. Good life work balance. Constant territory changes. Lots of favoritism. Terminations and promotions didn't align with results. Leadership was often overaggressive for the sake of quarterly quotas and customers knew to expect massive prices drops and extorted it at cost to the salesperson.

Former Employee2.1Sep 11, 2024My overall experience was that I had fun with my team, but there was no chance in succeeding in the role. There was one RFQ a year and no inbound assistance.

Current Employee3.4Feb 7, 2024I generally like my role and my team, but Infor has been removing field reps and adding the responsibilities to the inside account managers but refusing to give pay raises for the added account ownership because they’re trying to cut cost
