Terminations and promotions didn't align with results. Leadership was often overaggressive for the sake of quarterly quotas and customers knew to expect massive prices drops and extorted it at cost to the salesperson.

Same as lead generation. The product-market fit is very good ; once involved in a tender, the chances of making it as VOC or among the last 2 is pretty high.
