Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My experience as an SDR was in an organization that despite being around for 20+ years, still felt like they were winging a lot of things. I had three different managers in a short time, the comp plan for SDR's changed, and I had my territory rezoned three times.
While I was there, incentives earned monthly were paid out 90 days after the quarter ended, so it took forever to get paid your commission.
They unrolled a formal pathway to AE while I was there, but I did not get to see if they kept using it. There was a lot of talk about transparency, but typically decisions were made and communicated last minute to the team. Things may have changed, but I know a lot of rockstars who were better than me have moved on since I left.
