I worked at iCIMS during the “Golden Era” when offices were in Matawan. Was employee #100 and was on the rocketship to 400 or so when I left. Lots of inbound leads, lots of bell ringing and lots of late nights. Worked with probably the hardest working young sales professionals I will ever know.

The team is great - you'll have amazing team mates to learn and grow from! The commission structure could be more competitive in the market and the quota (especially in Enterprise) was challenging. Overall, this is a good company to learn and grow from but you'll have to put in a lot of hours to see the monetary return.

Company acquires products that do not bring strong return on value in deals. Majority of reps are not even close to hitting quota. Most reps that succeed are long-term employees with long tenure.
