I started selling at iCIMS enthusiastic on day one. By the end of the first month I knew I had made a terrible mistake in joining this company. I would not recommend any seller to join this company unless you want to make your base salary for a year (if that) before you’re on the chopping block

My overall experience was fantastic until a TA acquisition took place. Then quotas became unobtainable, KPI’s continued to increase with very little opportunity to prospect. Several promises of promotions with no follow through.
