I started selling at iCIMS enthusiastic on day one. By the end of the first month I knew I had made a terrible mistake in joining this company. I would not recommend any seller to join this company unless you want to make your base salary for a year (if that) before you’re on the chopping block

this was a job meant to be a stepping stone. do not expect to make good money, do not expect to be treated like an adult, and do not expect career growth or internal mobility. The company literally sells tools to promote employee satisfaction, but they do not even remotely practice what they preach.
