Company acquires products that do not bring strong return on value in deals. Majority of reps are not even close to hitting quota. Most reps that succeed are long-term employees with long tenure. If you interview with this company make sure to ask to talk to a new rep on the team to get their perspective. There is a strong culture of micromanagement. Be prepared to be required to complete tasks that are not prospecting or closing. iCIMS consistently terminates employees but labels it as a "layoff" so if you are hoping for a performance improvement plan you may not get one. Product is solid depending on the segment you sell to-- recommend selling to larger enterprise customers.

Overall great culture and love the team I work on but quotas can be unattainable in this market. There is a high turn over rate in the SDR org due to little to no mobility for long periods of time

I worked at iCIMS during the “Golden Era” when offices were in Matawan. Was employee #100 and was on the rocketship to 400 or so when I left. Lots of inbound leads, lots of bell ringing and lots of late nights. Worked with probably the hardest working young sales professionals I will ever know.
