Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Company acquires products that do not bring strong return on value in deals. Majority of reps are not even close to hitting quota. Most reps that succeed are long-term employees with long tenure. If you interview with this company make sure to ask to talk to a new rep on the team to get their perspective. There is a strong culture of micromanagement. Be prepared to be required to complete tasks that are not prospecting or closing. iCIMS consistently terminates employees but labels it as a "layoff" so if you are hoping for a performance improvement plan you may not get one.
