Pros: Great new leadership at HH2. Genuine and transparent team with clear goals and set you up for success. Ramp is unmatched, along with a good base. Whats even better is the 100% paid healthcare benefits and weekly pay. They invest in tools to help you sell. Unmatched solution due to integrations. Cons: you may be required to prospect and outbound more than other AE roles. Some solutions need a UI upgrade which product is invested on improving.

Awful!! Literally fires people 24/7. Longest rep has been there less than a year! They say they are a start up but have been in business for 20 years with very little product development

hh2 is growing but they haven’t quite figured out how to successfully get reps to hit quota consistently. They lowered quota, they incentivize reps that are more consistent with bonus commission structure but it’s still sporadic each month with reps hitting quota, then hitting 15% then hitting 60% for the following month.
