Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Its a BDR/AE role. They track all metrics; call counts, talk time, pipeline, sales (obviously), and tend to micromanage. We've had 2 people hit quota in a month (separate months), so it's tough to hit your number and actually make money. I think the company is improving, and will be a great place to work as they build out the product. Right now, its a great learning experience because it's tough.
