Its a BDR/AE role. They track all metrics; call counts, talk time, pipeline, sales (obviously), and tend to micromanage. We've had 2 people hit quota in a month (separate months), so it's tough to hit your number and actually make money. I think the company is improving, and will be a great place to work as they build out the product. Right now, its a great learning experience because it's tough.

Everyone seems really nice in the beginning. However, it is quickly proven that employees are very disposable. Although, we are aware that this role is performance based, management needs to realize that their product is lacking and interest in their product solution is quite low.

hh2 is growing but they haven’t quite figured out how to successfully get reps to hit quota consistently. They lowered quota, they incentivize reps that are more consistent with bonus commission structure but it’s still sporadic each month with reps hitting quota, then hitting 15% then hitting 60% for the following month.
