This is not a place I would recommend anyone to work if they want to make money. The comp plan was extremely strict (only 50% paid on sales if you were less that 100% to goal, which is extremely difficult to achieve in a non-mature company), and no one was hitting goals.

Its a BDR/AE role. They track all metrics; call counts, talk time, pipeline, sales (obviously), and tend to micromanage. We've had 2 people hit quota in a month (separate months), so it's tough to hit your number and actually make money. I think the company is improving, and will be a great place to work as they build out the product. Right now, its a great learning...Read More

Everyone seems really nice in the beginning. However, it is quickly proven that employees are very disposable. Although, we are aware that this role is performance based, management needs to realize that their product is lacking and interest in their product solution is quite low.
