Everyone seems really nice in the beginning. However, it is quickly proven that employees are very disposable. Although, we are aware that this role is performance based, management needs to realize that their product is lacking and interest in their product solution is quite low.

Its a BDR/AE role. They track all metrics; call counts, talk time, pipeline, sales (obviously), and tend to micromanage. We've had 2 people hit quota in a month (separate months), so it's tough to hit your number and actually make money.
