Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee hh2 is growing but they haven’t quite figured out how to successfully get reps to hit quota consistently. They lowered quota, they incentivize reps that are more consistent with bonus commission structure but it’s still sporadic each month with reps hitting quota, then hitting 15% then hitting 60% for the following month. They are working hard on updating their products and bringing more features and products but it can’t come fast enough and the how to get there continues to change so product releases are slow. As an AE here they expect you to make 50 calls a day. Highest of any company I’ve ever worked for in an AE role and while I can see the benefits sometimes, the company refuses to identify that pipeline is still not growing at the rate it needs too. hh2 has a lot of opportunity in the next year to offer a really great solutions which will help from losing so many deals to due lack of features competitors offer.
