The comp plan was extremely strict (only 50% paid on sales if you were less that 100% to goal, which is extremely difficult to achieve in a non-mature company), and no one was hitting goals.

They lowered quota, they incentivize reps that are more consistent with bonus commission structure but it’s still sporadic each month with reps hitting quota, then hitting 15% then hitting 60% for the following month.
