The product is good. The CRM is terrible and it really impacts the work flow for everyone in the sales department, especially the SDRs. Success is entirely measured by meetings occurred for SDRs.

There is very little inbound flow to this business, yet that's shifting as new Channel management is stepping in to create a channel-led salesforce. Traditionally, it's a smile and dial organization casting a wide net, leaning on evaluations and the product to build interest with potential customers.

My overall experience was nothing short of horrific. Terrible company, horrible "leadership", the 15-20% of reps who do hit quota are the same 5-6 people every month, you will literally enter a constant state of depression and anxiety here. The hire, fire, constantly. Tenured reps are reps that have been there for 1 year. Seriously, do not consider working here.
