Great technology and people on the UK. They’ve recently moved to an account based territory model for first time and it’s a complete mess. Those fortunate few who have been at the company for a number of years earn big due to best/largest prospect accounts. New AE’s are bottom feeders - having to live off scraps.

Overall great place to learn sales and CS motion in cyber security. Packing good leadership and internal resources. Also culture can be toxic.

Entire organization restructured, and they changed the entire way the sales team operates. The veteran reps are scraping by while the junior reps are threatened daily and walk around scared of everyone. Everyone is scared of losing their job month to month. No joy. Nothing but vaping losers everywhere. 1 or 2 reps get fed all the inbounds and bring in 800% quota...Read More
