Really a sink or swim environment. There was a good market fit like 4 years ago but now the tech is not very unique and is quite expensive. The managers who built their careers within Darktrace are very unprofessional, constantly pissing off clients and customers, and don't understand how sales orgs or companies in general other than Darktrace operate.

Not the greatest experience working here. Leadership wasn't there and often times like their reps to figure it out on their own. They will put you on PIP after closing deals and ask you to leave. No PIP is doable here.

Great product, bad leadership, culture, and below market pay. People either do great here or they get fired there is no in between.
