Great work life balance low compensation. The health benefits are good not so much the 401k match. Good coworkers. The entire Austin office is men only 2 women out of an office of 50–60.

The tech at Darktrace is strong and serves a useful niche. The sales org in the US is in a bit of an hiring spree and only a small fraction of AEs are hitting quota across the country.

Overall it is a great company to work for. The product is industry leading. Well positioned for the future. Solid job for someone less than 5 years into their career. Young workforce

Overall experience wasn’t great. Major lack of transparency within the company. Role didn’t meet my expectations, lack of continuous training, reduced commission structure, not known for the best sales practices. Overall the product is great but many things fell short.
