Company needs help. Its a dead end position. No upward growth what so ever. If you're looking for a company to grow within Darktrace is not that company. Organization is ran from the UK and they are disconnected with VPs in American sadly. Culture is horrible here as well they need create a better environment for sales reps to grind out.

My overall experience was very subpar. Darktrace isn't trying to help you. Company policies actively work against their AEs and only promote Datkrace making money. You might find a couple good people here but not worth the time. Use as stepping stone to get into cyber security space.

No direction in sales org. Strong product, poor strategic planning, poor product roll out. Sales leadership is not on the same page. Consistent changes in management. Incoming takeover by Thoma Bravo will create more confusion. CEO seems completely out of depth in her role.
