Company needs help. Its a dead end position. No upward growth what so ever. If you're looking for a company to grow within Darktrace is not that company. Organization is ran from the UK and they are disconnected with VPs in American sadly. Culture is horrible here as well they need create a better environment for sales reps to grind out.

Very high pressure in terms of numbers/performing. closing new business is difficult here, I would say all reps that hit quota do mostly upsells - which involves having a bigger client list. You typically don’t get clients unless you’ve been here long enough.
