Great firm with a strong product. Going through a lot of change currently, but I can't fault my experience so far. Lots of talented people working here, standard for hiring is very high.

I love Zscaler, this company is great. We have a great product that truly sells itself, the leadership is amazing, there are clear paths to promotions, and the work-life-balance is unmatched.

Best product on the market. Absolutely possible to destroy your numbers but it's also a complex product to sell. The top performers will kill it and the average performers will fail. Be warned.

Listen to Dali’s podcast on GTM Grit. He says it himself - ZS loosened up it’s hiring criteria and this has had a big impact on the culture. Lot of ICs that did well that are now leading teams with no clue on how to be a decent people manager.
