Zscaler can fall short when it comes to compensation (especially for internal promotions) but has a great ESPP program and typically solid RSU options for external hires.

Massive disparity between top performers and middle / bottom earners driven by unbalanced patches Massive net new slow down and focus. Constant flip flopping on priorities. Currently very political. Product is good but strategy feels a bit all over the place. Processes internally do not work
