There is no more training here. It doesn't feel like there are any opportunities for moving up within the company. Our territories are a disaster and quotas are unattainable. Quotas are set with the goal of 55% hitting, but we are nowhere near that percent of reps hitting. Benefits keep getting taken away. Layoffs are still happening.

My rating is based on conditions at the end of my employment. At that time, sales were declining after a wild COVID windfall, so quota attainment was rare and morale was low. Zoom had a RIF in February 2023, creating more work for less people and fear for losing jobs, even though most of the redundant mid-level leaders kept their positions.
