Unfortunately the culture on the sales team is on the decline with constant leadership changes at the senior level, poorly structured territories and segments with unrealistic quotas

Now there is no direction, no career growth, and constant fear of leadership stabbing you in the back by forcing you out with unrealistic expectations or sudden lay-offs.
