My overall experience was really solid. The product is amazing and the development of new solutions/features keep them relevant. However, lack of or change over in senior leadership and direction has limited the growth in recent years.

Great product fit but leadership is frequently shifting execution and go to market strategies. Compensation structure allows top sellers to well surpass their OTE. However, this is becoming increasingly difficult to achieve and Zoom does a poor job of increasing OTE based on attainment or tenure. Overall a good product in a tough selling market.

The times are a changing... Zoom's direction appears sound and will ultimately continue being a leader because of the innovation path and product portfolio expansion.
