In 5 years at the company, it changed a ton due to an anomaly of hypergrowth. Hyper-collaborative, supportive, and strong leadership in office prior to 2020, with the same culture moving forward remotely into 2021. As expected, board members and leadership added pressure when things settle down. The product and resources are still best in class. Comp is average.

My experience at Zoom from '21-'23 was phenomenal. Best employer I've had the pleasure of working for. Unfortunately I was laid off in '23 during the 15% RIF. Right before that point, the org I was in hired external folks who came in and IMO ruined the culture and almost everything that made Zoom unique.
