Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The times are a changing... Zoom's direction appears sound and will ultimately continue being a leader because of the innovation path and product portfolio expansion. That being said, internally there is a bunch of changes that are drastically impacting employee productivity. More red tape in terms of how you can sell, what you can sell, how much can be discounted. Additionally, there are fewer resources to leverage throughout the sales cycle than before, reps have limited autonomy on how to demo products and it's harder to find the resources/answers to questions that are impacting customers.
Times are tough throughout SaaS and Zoom is no different. Culture is adjusting to more of a "cut-throat", "what have you done for me lately" type of mentality. Browse Other Reviews
