GREAT product! Seriously.. the best in the business. But you are competing against "free" in Microsoft Teams. What this means now is that companies will not spend the add'l money for a better experience in this economy. There are ZERO inbound leads; they don't even have a team to manage this anymore. Sales leadership is focused on phone but for major companies they are buying a fraction of the phone licenses thye once had. Quotas are completely unattainable.

The mid market AE role is tough. It’s full a cycle AE sales role focused primarily on prospecting into new accounts. There is no inbound and very limited BDR/SDR support. I will say, you have every sales tool possible to be successful though.

Sales org is great at Zoom, still working through some growing pains internally but overall it will not affect your selling ability.
