Experience is getting worse - culture is shifting towards micromanagement and individual deal inspection. Upmarket, territories get smaller, and quotas get higher. We commit 2% growth to the street, but quotas are functionally 15-20% growth per half.

Zoom is trying to dominate in so many markets, a bit too quickly. Work life balance is tough, and leadership has turned over a lot recently. Still a lot of great opportunity ahead for Zoom, but there needs to be change starting at the very top.
