Zoom has a great brand and very stong UCaaS offering which customers are generally quite happy with! Unfortunately the culture on the sales team is on the decline with constant leadership changes at the senior level, poorly structured territories and segments with unrealistic quotas

4 levels above AEs understand what changes are important and need to happen, anyone above that has no idea what mid market AEs do and therefore getting anything meaningful changed is near impossible. We do make well over our OTE as long as you have one good quarter because our SPIFFs and accelerators are great. We get a lot of stock in RSUs and we have ESPP. Overall...Read More
