4 levels above AEs understand what changes are important and need to happen, anyone above that has no idea what mid market AEs do and therefore getting anything meaningful changed is near impossible. We do make well over our OTE as long as you have one good quarter because our SPIFFs and accelerators are great. We get a lot of stock in RSUs and we have ESPP. Overall you will make plenty of money as long as you hit 80%

Overall Zoom was a good company with good people, the challenge they have is they are still too inexperienced with truly global companies that require services in multiple countries where regulatory and privacy laws are a very real thing. Without a true plan to address the gaps it wasn't a good fit for me.
