Great company. Product development is world class. Leadership supports sales. However there is little opportunity for internal mobility.

Zoom has a great brand and very stong UCaaS offering which customers are generally quite happy with! Unfortunately the culture on the sales team is on the decline with constant leadership changes at the senior level, poorly structured territories and segments with unrealistic quotas
