base comp is on target with similar companies. OTE is a lie, you will not make 70k on inbound, maybe when you get promoted to outbound. We are told there is room for growth at the company but are stuck waiting for a spot to be promoted long after hitting the metrics we are told and everything asked of us.

Fun company to work for, not a great product market fit at the SMB level due to number of low-cost competitors
