Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Onboarded us and the second we logged on our calendar was packed with back to back meetings, homework, etc. The onboarding process is intense & they constantly put you on the spot to perform mocks in front of others even from day 1.
Before my ramp period was ever over, they put majority of us on PIP’s & started micromanaging us - even if you were doing well.
Lots of negative energy from stressed out leadership to get us to meet unattainable goals. I think if I was selling mid-market or enterprise it would be easier. Any inbound leads would be small companies that couldn’t afford our product. Avg deal size 20k.
Overall, before ramp was even over my sales manager and most of our team was eliminated without any explanation.
Last but not least I was disappointed with the technology. They provided us old HP laptops that would constantly stall out - along with a charger that expired the day I got it.
I had never had an issue hitting a quota, nor have ever needed anyone else over my shoulder constantly & trying to hop on every single meeting to help close (which was not affective btw).
