Sr Leadership for Mid Market makes reps do duplicative work, sit through countless hours of meetings about filling spreadsheets (when it's already done in SFDC). This would be fine if that group was preforming, but it's not. Missing calls every month

My Overall experience is great! I have great management and I have learned a lot! The base comp is the most I have had and the OTE could be better though. This is the first software company where I feel I can build a long term plan for growth at! They listen to your growth plans and try to help you as much as they can.
