The SMB team is fantastic in terms of culture and training for the role. However the compensation plan is less than ideal and upward mobility is limited. Those problems are largely less prevalent on the Sales teams of other segments.

I was laid off as a Jr AE (in ad tech, not Taboola) 2 months ago and haven't found a new role since. While I'm looking and interviewing for FT AE roles, what can I do to keep my skills fresh? Not many PT or temp AE roles out there.
