Great product market fit, solid inbound lead flow, strong leadership/management, good commission (once you've been there for 1 year +). Need to prove your worth for a year or so then you start getting better quality and quantity of leads. Plus, it's a "cash collected" commission model, meaning you get paid when the client pays... so you don't make great money until multi-year deals start stacking up in years 2 and 3. Need to put in 50-60 hour weeks to hit quota, realistically. Culturally, management takes things way too seriously here ~ if the product/compensation wasn't as good as it is, I'd probably have left because it can feel toxic at times. That said, the flexibility to work remotely and still perform at a high level is nice so I'm not leaving any time soon. Browse Other Reviews
