Culture and morale, especially on the new business sales team, is poor. The push is to aggresively close deals as fast as possible and "call your prospects 10 times a day", which is something a VP actually said. Morning says meetings consist of leadership yelling for 30 minutes straight. Product is great, but higher price tag makes it a tough sell within the SMB...Read More

Due to recent changes like raising quota by 20% and changing metrics required for promotion moral has dropped. This was a company I was very happy at and well compensated but now hitting accelerators and bonuses requires at least 8 hours of overtime a week and that’s not acceptable
