They will tell you 20k variable compensation is attainable, but as inbound it is not. You’ll only make max 4500 in commissions if you make quota.

Our base is pretty low, but they do pay you overtime, so that’s nice. I think ZI’s company policy’s is definitely structured to incentivize long hours.
