Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My experience as an SDR was just ok.
It’s a good position if you’re already familiar to the SDR role and have hadexperience. There honestly wasn’t very much training available after onboarding — managers would give very generic advice that would directly contradict high performers.
If you can come in and be great at the job from the start, there definitely is a lot of opportunity. On the slip side if you are slower to “ramp up” you’ll get (maybe) a fifth of the inbound lead flow making quota that much harder to hit.
Many people come into the SDR role having already been an AE in the past or having had 2+ years of SDR experience so the competition for promotions is really intense.
Lastly expect to be micromanaged beyond belief, if you can embrace it early you’ll be ok. Browse Other Reviews
