Current Employee3.6Aug 27, 2024Zendesk is a great company with solid benefits and great people. Tech in general seems to be struggling, so I feel that some of the inbound flow is not just a Zendesk problem today. Overall, great.

Current Employee2.1Mar 4, 2024Since the PE firm took over the culture has been dying out and the best people have left. All that remains now is a group of mediocre executioners that have been tasked at cutting costs by all means (ethically or unethically). Unless you are desperate, keep far away.
