A lot has changed since going private. Improvements to product offering via acquisitions which is a positive. However, its has become much harder to make good commission as leadership has introduced was to penalise AEs for selling anything but a 36 month contract with zero discounting applied, if your deal is any different to this you will be hit -BCR rates.

The company has fallen off a cliff in the past 6 months. Product pricing has increased exponentially compared to competitors who are now closing the functionality gap. It is little surprise that the global economic downturn doesn't exist in the eyes of senior leadership and the only reason anyone is missing quota is because they haven't made enough cold calls.

The company has gone downhill rapidly with analysts running the show. As an AE I have never seen so many internal roadblocks to close a deal. Insane compensation structure in place whereby any level of discount on deals is heavily penalised. Micromanagement at an all time high with call, email and on-site meeting metrics all tracked on a weekly basis.
