They’re really investing in teaching value based selling, leveraging Meddpicc. West Coast AE’s is where you see the Million Dollar earners but east coast has more green space opportunities. Current Employee4.3Jan 30, 2024I am very happy at zendesk. The product is excellent and overall it is a very good employer. The compensation structure does however not develop in a favourable direction. Since its not a public company anymore, stock options are not interesting anymore.
