Since being acquired by Private Equity and taken private, Zendesk has lost its people-first culture. Current Employee3.0Sep 8, 2024Zendesk is a great product for commercial and small companies but it is still finding its way in the Enterprise segment. Great salary and commission structure if you manage to over achieve. A lot of investment from the company in the product.
