Market leading product. Company changed a lot since Private Equity buyout. Mistakes being made throughout restructuring. Senior leaders leaving the whole time. Unrealistic expectations on sales folks. Culture not what is used to be a couple years ago.

My overall experience was excellent. My time at Zendesk marked the most pivotal growth of my career and I had exposure to many areas beyond my SC role, entrusted with taking on additional projects and responsibilities that furthered my skillset. I had great leadership and loved working within a global team. Great company culture.

Awful experience!!! The place is in shambles; leadership is out of touch and, for the most part, tone-deaf.
